EPOXY CRACK FILLER

EPOXY CRACK FILLER is a high-performance, 100% solids, VOC-free, two-component (1A:1B) gel epoxy formulated for repairing cracks, divots, and surface defects in concrete. Its advanced cycloaliphatic polyamine technology provides superior mechanical and chemical resistance, ensuring a long-lasting and stable foundation for epoxy, polyaspartic, or urethane coatings.

This thixotropic gel epoxy can be applied to both horizontal and vertical surfaces without sagging, maintaining its consistency even during the exothermic reaction. Despite its long pot life and working time, it cures quickly—allowing the application of a base coat or primer in as little as 60 minutes after repair. The product is virtually odor-free, environmentally friendly, and suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

EPOXY CRACK FILLER integrates seamlessly with LABPOX® epoxies, LABFAST®, and LABSHIELD® ECO polyaspartics, creating a reliable bond and smooth surface for subsequent coatings.
