Applications:
INSTANT PU REPAIR is a two-component, ultra-low-viscosity aromatic polyurethane formulated for fast and reliable concrete crack repair. Its thin consistency allows it to penetrate deeply into cracks, while its rapid set time enables grinding and recoating within 15–20 minutes. Perfect for emergency or overnight repairs, INSTANT PU REPAIR ensures long-lasting results and minimal downtime.
This product can be mixed with silica sand, quartz, or LABTEC Thickening Agent to adjust viscosity and fill larger voids. Once cured, it forms a strong, seamless bond with concrete and can be recoated in as little as 60 minutes with LABFAST® or LABSHIELD® ECO base coats.
When fully broadcasted to rejection with silica sand or quartz, INSTANT PU REPAIR provides excellent adhesion for epoxy and polyaspartic coatings, ensuring a durable, uniform surface.
