LABFENDER (NEW)

LABFENDER™ (NEW) is a two- or three-component, high-solids aliphatic polyurethane topcoat designed to extend the life of LABPOX® epoxies and LABFAST® or LABSHIELD® ECO polyaspartic coatings. Its advanced chemical-resistant formulation protects floors against staining, hot tire marks, and chemical spills while adding an extra UV barrier to slow epoxy yellowing over time.

Engineered for heavy-duty performance, LABFENDER™ (NEW) offers up to 60 times more resistance to plasticiser transfer than conventional coatings, making it ideal for high-traffic or industrial areas exposed to vehicles, forklifts, and rubber tyres. Its low viscosity allows for smooth, even application with minimal roll marks, while its long working time provides flexibility for installers to achieve uniform results on large surfaces.

The coating cures quickly to a dense, easy-to-clean finish that resists wear, moisture, and chemical intrusion. When used with LABTEC Aluminum Oxide Grade 240, it further enhances traction and abrasion resistance for industrial and commercial settings.
