LABSHIELD ECO

LABSHIELD ECO is a two-component (2A:1B) polyaspartic floor coating engineered to deliver a long-lasting, non-yellowing finish with superior mechanical and chemical resistance. With its virtually odor-free, 100% solids formulation, this coating is perfect for interior and exterior environments that require quick turnaround and minimal disruption.

Enhanced with Advanced Opacity Technology, LABSHIELD ECO reduces chip repulsion and allows pigments to remain on the surface—improving coverage and visual consistency while lowering topcoat usage by up to 15%. Its low viscosity makes it easy to apply by squeegee and back roll, and its excellent cold-weather curing (as low as –30°C / –22°F) ensures dependable results in diverse conditions.

LABSHIELD ECO comes in two variations—ECO- (Ultra-Fast Set) and ECO+ (Prolonged Working Time)—giving installers flexibility for both small, fast jobs and large, high-detail applications. It can also serve as a clear protective topcoat over epoxy systems, adding extra UV protection, stain resistance, and ease of cleaning.

Important Installation Note:
When applied over LABPOX® MVB FAST, LABSHIELD ECO must be installed on a full silica broadcast-to-rejection surface (grade #32), even within the 24-hour recoat window, to ensure proper adhesion and vapor barrier performance.
