Ameripolish PG-7K is a fast-setting, high-strength polishable grout system designed to fill pinholes, small cracks, and surface imperfections in concrete floors prior to polishing. Formulated for superior bonding and smooth troweling, PG-7K increases surface durability, gloss, and overall polishing clarity.
Applications:
Ameripolish PG-7K is a polymer-modified, high-strength cementitious grout system engineered to correct surface flaws prior to polishing. With its fast-setting formula and outstanding adhesion, PG-7K fills pinholes, small cracks, and surface irregularities, resulting in a smoother surface that polishes more evenly and achieves higher gloss and distinction of image (DOI).
The system includes Part A (Powder) and Part B (Liquid), mixed at an easy 2:1 ratio to achieve a creamy “buttermilk” consistency ideal for trowel application. Once applied, PG-7K blends naturally with surrounding concrete and readily accepts Ameripolish concrete dyes without requiring special procedures. When used during the metal-bond stage (after 80-grit metals and before 100-grit resins), it improves surface uniformity, reduces visual defects, and enhances final polish results.
With a typical coverage of 2,500 sq. ft. per kit, PG-7K provides excellent value and efficiency for large commercial, industrial, and residential polishing projects. The product contains no VOCs, cleans up easily while uncured, and hardens to a durable finish that supports long-term performance of the polished floor.
